NPO Fundraiser at NRG

Hello team,

This weekend is our chance to volunteer to raise much needed funds for SHRM. You will check-in no later than 8:45 am! NRG is extremely punctual about their start times. Purple lot will be where you go to check in. I have attached the map to this email as well. Let the officer at the gate know you are here with parking volunteers. 

The shift is from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Several student groups will be out there, so there is plenty of UHD Gator family for you to have fun with, network with and raise funds with!

Remember, we are in NRG's house, and we must follow their rules. NRG Volunteer Dress Code is:

• Black pants or shorts (no yoga pants, Sweatpants, gym shorts, cargo shorts etc.)
• Jeans will be permitted during Rodeo, but no holes in the pants.
• Dark-colored, closed-toe shoes or boots (also allowed during rodeo).
• Hats are permitted but must be neutral in color or a Texans/Rodeo logo on them.

You will be provided with a shirt and vest to wear out in the lots. They do provide water to the parking volunteers, but you are encouraged to bring your own water bottle. A small, personal cooler is permitted. Emphasis on PERSONAL cooler. You are able to bring a bigger cooler but it must stay in the check-in area and will not be allowed out in the lots. A microwave and fridge is also available.

Please let Keiry know you are there for SHRM, and she will coordinate with Malik, for proper funds credit. By the time this money comes in, we should have all our SHRM things in proper order.
