WELCOME TO SPRING 2025 & TO SHRM

Good morning SHRM members,

My name is Tony Rivas, and I have some great news! 

🔥🔥The SHRM STUDENT ORG. IS GOING TO BE ON FIRE THIS SEMESTER 🔥🔥

This is an organization that is very dear to me, and my future profession. I’m sure it’s the future for some of you too!!

I am currently an officer in the UHD Chapter of the American Marketing Association, and a student member of HR Houston. (HR Houston is the local affiliate of the global SHRM organization). If you’re not a student member of HR Houston, you should be. Lots of great information and seminars! Only $15 a year.  We will talk more about that in an upcoming general meeting. 

You should join my other student org., AMA too.  Ask me how!  (Shameless plug!  😂 )

Anyway …. I look forward to a fun, engaging and informative semester of SHRM here on the UHD Campus.
