Dr. Quentin Wright is the Founding President of Lone Star College-Houston North. Prior to this position, he served as the Special Assistant to the Chancellor, Interim Vice Chancellor of Academic Success, Interim Vice Chancellor of Student Success, Vice President of Instruction at Lone Star College-Tomball and in the roles as Interim Vice President of Instruction, Academic Dean, and Speech Instructor at Mountain View College.



Dr. Wright earned a doctoral degree in Community College Leadership from the University of North Texas, Denton. His master’s degree is from Angelo State University where he studied Communications. His undergraduate work is also from Angelo State where he received a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.



During his tenure in higher education, he has focused upon closing gaps in college access and completion. A few initiatives he has been involved in and/or led include state and federal projects relating to remedial education, the development of multiple early college high schools, and the opening of Lone Star College’s seventh college that has a focus on 8-week courses, mentoring, and wraparound services.



Currently, Dr. Wright serves on the Board of Directors for the Near Northwest Management District and North Houston District. He has served on the Aldine-Greenspoint YMCA Advisory Board, Acres Homes Chamber Board of Directors, Harris County Housing Policy Advisory Committee, CenterPoint Energy Customer Advisory Council, and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Developmental Advisory Committee.



Dr. Wright is married to Tierra and has two daughters; Amaya and Victoria.

Lauren began as a volunteer with the agency and has been a part of the leadership team since 2014. She plays a large part in the future growth of Dress for Success Houston, as she engages the next generation to learn more about the agency. She also works as a team leader to develop skills and work with the staff to ensure that Dress for Success Houston continues to be a top nonprofit in the Houston community.

Chloe Dorsey, MPH, CPH, is a Senior Project Manager at the Center for Health Care Data (CHCD) at UTHealth Houston School of Public Health, where she manages strategic initiatives that advance data-driven health care research, collaboration, and innovation. In this role, she oversees complex projects, cultivates stakeholder partnerships, supports grant development efforts, and drives operational initiatives that transform data into actionable strategies to improve health outcomes.



With more than 20 years of experience in public health, research administration, and project management, Chloe has successfully led multidisciplinary initiatives across academic, clinical, and community health settings. She is also the Co-Chair of NBLIC Houston, where she champions community-centered health education, cancer prevention, and cancer risk reduction efforts throughout the Greater Houston area.



Chloe earned a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from UTHealth Houston School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from Rice University. She is Certified in Public Health (CPH) through the National Board of Public Health Examiners.

Frida Antonieta Villalobos is a bilingual marketing and communications executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning government, non-profits, and media. Born in El Salvador during the country’s civil war, she was raised by her grandmother before reuniting with her mother and siblings in the United States in the early 1990s.



 



As the first in her family to graduate from college, Frida earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Spanish from Texas State University in 2003, launching a career that would make a lasting impact across industries.



 



She has honed her expertise in storytelling, crisis communications, media relations, public relations, and branding. Her journey began in Waco, Texas, producing morning newscasts for ABC and CBS affiliates, and eventually led to building a top-performing communications team for Commissioner Adrian Garcia that elevated county communications overall.



 



Frida has led strategic communications for high-profile institutions, including Harris County Precinct 2, BakerRipley, and the Houston Area Women’s Center. She currently serves as Communications Manager for the Harris County Attorney’s Office, where she focuses on brand transformation and expanding bilingual community engagement. Her core expertise lies in crisis communications, marketing and branding, multicultural outreach, and narrative strategies that amplify underrepresented voices.
