Join the UHD GeoSociety for a Halloween party on Tuesday, October 27! Come hang out with fellow geoscience students and geology enthusiasts for an evening of free food, fun activities, and Halloween festivities!

We'll have free pizza and drinks, Halloween cookie decorating, a Halloween movie, and possibly some trivia and board games.

We'll also be hosting a Geology-Themed Costume Contest, with a beautiful mineralogical prize for the winner! Get creative with your costumes. Whether you're dressed as your favorite rock, a geological phenomenon, or something only vaguely related to geology, you're welcome to compete. If you can make a convincing argument that your costume has anything to do with geology, we'll probably allow it!

Costumes are encouraged but not required, and you don't need to be a geology major to attend. Everyone is welcome!

Date: Tuesday, October 27, 2026
Time: 5:30–7:00 PM
Location: OMB N940

We hope to see you there!

Food Provided (Pizza and soda)
