Join us on Wednesdays from 6-7 PM for our Yoga Summer Series! It starts May 6th - TBD.

Yoga is class that involves mind-body connection which helps develop focus, balance, strength & flexibility. With each pose, the body grows stronger and more toned to function better on a daily basis. This class is designed to provide instructions on the basic yoga methods, breathing and stretching. All fitness levels are welcomed.
