Join us for an interactive nutrition workshop to learn why fiber is essential for digestive health, heart health, and overall wellness. Participants will discover simple ways to incorporate more fiber into their daily meals and snacks while sampling a variety of delicious fiber-rich foods. This event is presented in collaboration with HR and will include practical nutrition tips that can be easily applied to everyday life.
