Score for School

Score for School is a campus-wide school-supply drive benefiting students at Bruce Elementary. The UHD Student Veterans Organization is hosting this initiative in collaboration with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Omicron Gamma Chapter, to help local students begin the school year prepared and ready to learn.

UHD students, faculty, staff, and community members are invited to donate new school supplies, including bookbags, notebooks, notebook paper, folders, pencils, pens, crayons, colored pencils, and other classroom essentials. Whenever possible, loose supplies should be donated in unopened packs or boxes.

Donations may be placed in the marked collection box inside the Student Leadership and Involvement Suite, S204, or delivered to a Score for School collection table on campus. Those who cannot donate in person may use the Amazon Wish List linked in the event information or scan the QR code on the flyer to have selected items shipped directly to the designated collection recipient.

All donations must be received by Friday, August 28, 2026.
