Stop by the GRC (N210) or the Gator Mart (S292) and complete a brief enrollment survey.
After completing the survey, you will be given a FSH number to use every time that you shop. Provide this number to the staff member.
Browse the Gator Mart and make your selections. Before leave, you must complete the online checkout form located directly in front of the register. **Enrollment is not fully active for 10 days so completing this checkout is required until your enrollment is processed.
