The annual Staff Council Chili Cook-Off is held each spring semester on the UHD south deck overlooking downtown Houston. Staff members bring their cooking A-Game and serve up some of the best chili in town!

All proceeds from ticket sales go toward Staff Council events and the Edge Award for professional development.
